Prescriptions will be written as soon as your medicinal cannabis prescribing is available but, in some circumstances, it can take up to 5 working days. Once your prescription is ready you will receive an email with a secure payment link. There is a £20 charge to cover the dispensing fee for all prescriptions.
In order not to prolong the time it takes to get your prescription approved and dispensed please note that if you request a higher THC medication than you are prescribed or select a larger quantity than prescribed or choose sativa when you are prescribed an indica. All or any of these could impact the time it takes to get your prescription approved by your doctor and may result in the need for an appointment with your doctor.
Please be aware that occasionally, the price of medications can change due to supply, delivery, and or importation costs. Some medications can also go out of stock for variable lengths of time. If this is the case, your Doctor may prescribe an alternative product. If you have any concerns surrounding this, please speak to your Doctor at your next appointment.
